Grassfed Half and Whole Lamb

Our lambs are raised on regnerative organic farmed pasture, grazing orchard grasses and improving our soil. Our lambs are a Katahdin crossbred which is a hair sheep breed that has a very mild flavor. Burroughs Family Farms offers half and whole lambs for sale. Customers will receive ~25 or 50 lbs of meat, custom packed, cut and wrapped.

Whole Lamb includes ~ 45 pounds total
+/- 8 pounds ground lamb
2 leg of lambs
2 packages of shanks
2 rack of lamb
4 packages of chops (4/pack)
1 shoulder roast

Half Lamb includes ~ 20 pounds:
either +- 4 pounds ground lamb or a shoulder roast
1 leg of lamb
1 package of shanks
1 rack of lamb
2 packages of chops (4/pack)
