Our first cold-pressed organic olive oil is annually certified as extra-virgin by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC). A blend of oils from our Arbequina, Arbosana and Gretchenina varieties of olives, it’s 100% traceable to our family-owned and operated farm in California’s San Joaquin Valley. 250ml, 500ml and Half Gallon are in Glass. 1 Gallon container is in plastic.
