Maple Cinnamon Glazed Donuts can make your dreams come true. At least temporarily. These special donuts are paleo, grain-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free, and delicious!
Everyone loves donuts and I like to make them. I also like to make them with a healthy twist because let’s face it, a donut you can feel good about, tastes even better. (You might even be able to eat more than one, so that makes this more enticing.)
In my baking supplies, I have a lot of pans, but the pans that get used the most are my donut and donut hole pans. These can be found these days at most department type stores and kitchen specialty stores. I found mine at Target and Bed Bath and Beyond (don’t forget to use those 20% off coupons!) for reasonable prices and we love to use them for many things.
While we of course make traditional donuts with ours, we have also made bagels, meat bagels, cake pops, pizza cake pops, pigs in a blanket cake pops, etc. with these pans. And I put these creations in lunch boxes too, which my kids really love. Because if I can successfully make a healthy version that my kids love, I don’t feel bad about putting it in a lunch box too.
The nice thing about treats like these is that they are easy to prep and bake, making them a quick-fix. If you are into meal prepping, you can easily make a week’s worth in no time at all.
So get to work and start making these fun donuts, that are extra special because the glaze is baked INSIDE the donut and almost completely guilt-free. You can make these in either a donut pan or donut hole/cake pop pan.

1 C coconut flour
½ C almond meal
1 T coconut nectar
½ t salt
2 t cinnamon
½ t baking soda
12 Burroughs Family Farms eggs
1 C grade A maple syrup
½ C ghee
2 T vanilla
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Combine wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Once incorporated, add in dry ingredients and mix together.
Pour into donut pans, each vessel about ⅔ full.
Bake 18-20 minutes.
